Random details:
I’m Mommy to three little girls ages 6, 5 & 3 1/2. (that’s okay…that “wow” was certainly in order.) They are amazing, as all children are, and I’ll never stop talking about them! (that’s okay, too….that groan was also in order.) : )
I’ve been married for over a decade to a guy that, among many other amazing qualities, is perhaps even more in love with music that I am! (When I first rode in his car ten years ago, his dashboard tapes included Mahalia Jackson, Roy Rogers and the Tumblin’ Tumbleweeds, Coolio, Jim Reeves and the musical, Candide. Talk about eclectic!)
I love my job….I really do! Not only do I get to listen and play some of the most interesting music ever, I also get to work everyday with people I really like and admire! KDEC is family.
And, of course, there’s you. Seriously. KDEC FM 100.5 and KDEC AM1240 have very different audiences. But both sets of listeners are fiercely loyal to their station, and everyone at KDEC agrees: We have the best listeners anywhere! Thank you. As my world-travelling friend, Marcus Allen, always says, “none of this would make any sense without you.” Well put.
